I read this book in a matter of hours! The premise of a master lover at a the disposal of a young, sexually repressed, unfulfilled widow for seven days and seven nights provides an excellent context for this fantasy. So much fun to follow a family of “Brothers” who are not actually brothers but who have banded together from circumstances to live a life in the west. To also find a wife, this is number three to do so.
I have read several of Kathleen Lawless’ books. Untamed (and Taboo) are definitely my favorites. I love a good sexy read, but to have one that has great characters and a great story line is even better! I am looking forward to her next book.

I like the fact that Rachel adapted to things as they happened. She shows her reluctance and then moves forward. Daniel has a soft heart and readily accepts Rachel and her unexpected “luggage”. The eighth book in the Sheriff’s Mail Order Bride series a well written story that held my interest until the end. Talia and Weston will have a lot of ups and downs, with suspense, drama, danger, villains, and love. I enjoyed seeing their story come together.
